Are you in touch with your current fitness standard?
When I see fitness, I’ve touched the extreme levels of strength sports & endurance sports. Most optimal life is somewhere in the middle though. You don’t need to be at the extremes.
I’ve created a fitness test that you can use to test yourself.
Max pushups without stopping (no cheating!!.. my best is 75 in a row)
Lunge as long as you can (my best is 1 mile)
Run 5k in under 36 minutes (20 minutes)
Bear crawl as long as you can (3.2 mile for me)
max pull ups unbroken (22 is my best)
Give this a try over the next few weeks!! Doesn’t all have to be on the same day. It will give you a really great idea of where your physical fitness is right now.
